PREVEDERI GENERALE<\/p>\n

Expozi\u0163iile se desf\u0103\u015foara cu respectarea regulamentelor F.C.I. \u015fi A.Ch.R. CACIB sunt admi\u015fi doar c\u00e2inii ce posed\u0103 certificat de origine (pedigree) recunoscut de c\u0103tre F.C.I.. C\u00e2inii importa\u0163i de c\u0103tre membrii A.Ch.R. \u015fi afla\u0163i \u00een proprietatea acestora trebuie s\u0103 aib\u0103 certificat de origine nostrificat de c\u0103tre C.O.R. \u00censcrierile ce nu au ata\u015fate documentele necesare \u00een clasele munc\u0103 sau campioni (certificat de munc\u0103 interna\u0163ional sau diplom\u0103 de campion) vor fi direc\u0163ionate automat \u00een clasa deschis\u0103, f\u0103r\u0103 notificare. O copie a Certificatului de origine \u015fi cea a dovezii achit\u0103rii taxei de \u00eenscriere\u00a0trebuie s\u0103 \u00eenso\u0163easc\u0103 buletinul de \u00eenscriere. \u00cen cazul \u00een care aplicantul a omis men\u0163ionarea clasei de arbitraj sau a f\u0103cut-o incorect, \u00eenscrierea se va face automat \u00een clasa corespunz\u0103toare.<\/p>\n

Completa\u0163i un buletin de \u00eenscriere separat pentru fiecare c\u00e2ine. \u00censcrierile pot fi trimise on-line, po\u015ft\u0103, e-mail sau fax (\u00een\u00a0cazul \u00eenscrierilor transmise prin fax, suna\u0163i \u00een aceea\u015fi zi, pentru verificarea recep\u0163ion\u0103rii \u015fi valabilit\u0103\u0163ii \u00eenscrierii). V\u0103 rug\u0103m \u00eenscrie\u0163i un c\u00e2ine doar o singur\u0103 dat\u0103, nu dubla\u0163i sau tripla\u0163i cererile\u00a0de \u00eenscriere! Confirmarea primirii \u00eenscrierii va fi f\u0103cut\u0103 prin e-mail \u00een 48 de ore de la primirea acesteia. Organizatorul nu este responsabil pentru neprimirea unor \u00eenscrieri, chiar dac\u0103 acestea au fost\u00a0trimise de pe o adres\u0103 de e-mail \u00eenregistrat\u0103.<\/p>\n

Organizatorul are dreptul s\u0103 refuze \u00eenscrieri f\u0103r\u0103 a fi obligat s\u0103 motiveze decizia sa. Organizatorul nu este responsabil\u00a0de eventualele daune cauzate de c\u00e2ini sau c\u00e2inelui expozantului. Expozantul este singurul responsabil de daunele provocate de c\u00e2inele s\u0103u.<\/p>\n

Prin transmiterea formularului de \u00eenscriere\u00a0este\u00a0accept\u0103 valoarea taxei de \u00eenscriere \u015fi plata acesteia devine obligatorie.\u00a0\u00a0Plata\u00a0se poate face f\u0103r\u0103 penalit\u0103\u021bi p\u00e2n\u0103 \u00een preziua concursului prin modalit\u0103\u021bile specificate pe site: bancar, numerar, on-line.\u00a0Taxele achitate\u00a0\u00een\u00a0ziua concursului sau dup\u0103 aceast\u0103 zi vor fi majorate cu 5 eur. Plata taxei este obligatorie chiar \u015fi \u00een cazul \u00een care c\u00e2inele nu particip\u0103 la concurs (expozantul se angajeaz\u0103 s\u0103 achite taxele de \u00eenscriere chiar \u015fi \u00een cazul \u00een care nu se prezint\u0103 la arbitraj).\u00a0Anularea \u00eenscrierii f\u0103r\u0103 plata obligatorie a taxei se face p\u00e2n\u0103 la data de \u00eenchidere a \u00eenscrierilor\/data oficial\u0103 a \u00eenchiderii catalogului. O \u00eenscriere va fi considerat\u0103 anulat\u0103 doar dac\u0103 se face \u00een termenul prev\u0103zut de regulament \u015fi doar dup\u0103 confirmarea anul\u0103rii de c\u0103tre organizator. \u00cen caz de suspendare a expozi\u0163iei din cauze de for\u0163\u0103 major\u0103 taxele de \u00eenscriere nu se vor returna \u015fi vor fi folosite pentru acoperirea cheltuielilor de organizare angajate. Neachitarea taxelor de participare \u00een expozi\u021bie \u0219i a penalit\u0103\u021bilor aplicate atrage dup\u0103 sine \u00eenscrierea \u00een listele forfetare \u0219i suspendarea dreptului de a participa la expozi\u021bii chinologice organizate de AChR \u0219i FCI.<\/p>\n

Expozan\u0163ii ce au ob\u0163inut titlul de BOB pentru c\u00e2inele\u00a0lor au obliga\u0163ia s\u0103 participe la competi\u0163iile finale \u00een caz contrar pierz\u00e2nd titlul ob\u0163inut. Arbitrii sunt obliga\u0163i s\u0103 descalifice to\u0163i c\u00e2inii agresivi. Asmu\u0163irea unui c\u00e2ine asupra altuia nu este admis\u0103!\u00a0Sunt interzise interven\u0163iile asupra c\u00e2inilor ce afecteaz\u0103 structura, culoarea sau forma acestora. Double handlingul este interzis. Este interzis\u0103 l\u0103sarea c\u00e2inilor ancora\u0163i \u00een les\u0103 pe masa de toaletaj cu\u00a0excep\u0163ia perioadei de preg\u0103tire pentru expunerea \u00een ring. Vinderea de pui \u00een incinta expozi\u0163iei este strict interzis\u0103. Nu se pot face \u00eenscrieri \u00een ziua expozi\u0163iei. Nu se pot efectua schimb\u0103ri de clas\u0103 \u00een ziua expozi\u0163iei.<\/p>\n

REGLEMENT\u0102RI VETERINARE: C\u00e2inii expozan\u0163ilor trebuie sa aib\u0103 documente valabile ce dovedesc efectuarea vaccin\u0103rilor reglemantare.[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column][vc_column width=”1\/2″][vc_column_text]EN:<\/strong><\/p>\n

GENERAL PROVISIONS<\/p>\n

The shows is held under the FCI and A.Ch.R. Show regulations. Only dogs registered with stud books recognized by FCI can enter the show. Imported dogs of Romanian owners must be registered with the Romanian Stud book. Applications lacking any necessary document (a copy of the International working certificate for the working class, a copy of the Championship certificate for the champion class) will be automatically entered into an open class without any notification. A copy of a pedigree and a copy of a proof of the payment must be enclosed to each application. Should the owner forget to indicate the class or should he\/she do it incorrectly (regarding the age), the organizer will enter the dog into a relevant class. Documents received after the second entry close will not be accepted.<\/p>\n

Fill in a separate form for each dog. Applications could be sent by post, fax, and e-mail or on-line. For the entries send by fax, you must call on the same day to verify the reception and the correctness of your applications. Please, enter your dog only once, do not double or triple your entries. The receipt of an application will be confirmed in 48 hours after the sending. The organizer cannot take the responsibility for the undelivered applications even if they were sent by registered mail.<\/p>\n

The organizer may not accept the application without stating the reason. The organizer cannot be held responsible for damages caused by\/to a dog. Owner is responsible for any damages caused by the dog.<\/p>\n

By submitting the registration form, the registration fee is accepted and the payment becomes mandatory. The exhibitor commits to pay the exhibition fees even when he\/she will not take part at the show. Cancellation of the registration without payment of the fee is made until the closing date of the registrations \/ official closing date of the catalog. An entry will be deemed void only if it is done within the deadline provided for by the Regulation and only after confirmation of cancellation by the organizer. In case of suspension of the exhibition due to force majeure the registration fees will not be refunded and will be used to cover the organization expenses incurred. The non-payment of participation fees in the exhibition and the applied penalties entail the inclusion of lump-sums and the suspension of the right to participate in quinological exhibitions organized by AChR and FCI.<\/p>\n

Owners of the dogs awarded by BOB title are obliged to take part at the final competitions; otherwise they cannot claim a BOB title. A judge is obliged to disqualify aggressive dogs. Provoking dogs against each other is not allowed. It is forbidden to treat the coat, skin or nose with anything that alters the structure, color or form. Double handling from outside the ring is forbidden. It is strictly forbidden to leave dogs tied up on trimming tables except the time they are prepared for the show (trimmed, brushed or combed). Selling puppies at the exhibition grounds is strictly forbidden. It is not allowed to enter the dog on the day of the show. It is not allowed to change class on the day of the show.<\/p>\n
